Private Household Management · Stamford, CT · Serving Lower Fairfield County

Your home,
cared for
without compromise.

DS Home Collective provides structured, professional oversight for private households — the accountability, vendor management, and clear communication that large homes and busy lives actually require.

A retained management partner — not a staffing agency, not a cleaning service. The disciplined alternative to hiring one person and hoping for the best.

The DS Home Collective Model

Retained like a project manager.
Not hired like staff.

Large households generate a constant stream of moving parts — vendors, maintenance, staff, schedules, renovations, transitions. Most homeowners either manage it themselves at high personal cost, or hire a single full-time employee whose bandwidth, skill set, and objectivity are all limited.

DS Home Collective is a third option: a retained management partner that delivers the function of an estate manager — defined scope, vendor accountability, and proactive communication — without the payroll, benefits, and HR exposure of a full-time hire.

Founded by Dion and Stephanie White, both working Product Managers, we apply the same structured, deadline-driven discipline we use professionally to the management of private households.

Why DS Home Collective

PM-trained, not informally skilled

Both founders work full-time as Product Managers. The structured, deadline-driven approach we bring to household management is how we think and work every day — not a style we adopted for this business.

Two people, not one

A single house manager is a single point of failure. DS Home Collective is a two-person partnership with built-in redundancy — cross-trained on every account so coverage never depends on one person being available.

A vetted vendor network

We maintain an active, reviewed roster of contractors, cleaners, landscapers, HVAC specialists, and estate professionals across lower Fairfield County — the network that takes years to build and is hard to replicate.

The Process

Simple by design.
Thorough by practice.

01

Introduction

We begin with a private conversation to understand your property, your priorities, and what you need from a management partner.

02

Property Assessment

We conduct a thorough walkthrough of your home — reviewing systems, vendor relationships, and any deferred items — to build a clear picture of where things stand.

03

Onboarding

We introduce our systems, meet your preferred vendors, and establish the rhythms and protocols that will guide ongoing care of your property.

04

Ongoing Partnership

From that point, we handle it. Proactive maintenance, vendor coordination, seasonal walkthroughs, and a single point of contact — always reachable, always informed.
