Frequently Asked Questions

The questions
worth answering clearly.

Do you clean homes or perform physical tasks?

No. We coordinate, oversee, and manage — we do not perform cleaning, moving, painting, or any physical labor ourselves. We source and manage the right vendors for those tasks.

Are you a staffing agency?

No. We do not place household staff or act as an employer of record. If your home requires staff, we can help identify and vet candidates, but the employment relationship is yours.

Can you act as a fiduciary or manage financial accounts?

No. We are not attorneys, financial advisors, or fiduciaries. For estate transitions, we coordinate with your professional advisors but do not handle financial accounts or legal matters ourselves.

Do you work outside Fairfield County?

Our primary service area is Fairfield County, Connecticut. In some cases — particularly for Legacy Transition work — we will consider projects elsewhere. Reach out and we can discuss your situation.

How many clients do you work with?

We deliberately limit our client roster to ensure every client receives genuine attention. We are not a volume business. If we are at capacity, we will tell you honestly rather than overpromise.

What is the difference between Estate Management and Lifestyle Management?

Estate Management is centered on your property — its maintenance, vendors, and physical operations. Lifestyle Management is centered on your time and calendar — travel, occasions, personal coordination. They can be combined, and many clients benefit from both.

How does Legacy Transition pricing work?

Legacy Transition services are project-based, not retainer-based. We scope the project after an initial conversation, provide a clear proposal, and work to that defined scope. There are no open-ended ongoing fees.

How do we get started?

With a conversation. There is no intake form that captures the nuance of what you need. Reach out, tell us a little about your situation, and we'll take it from there.
