Gifts & occasions
Birthdays, anniversaries, holiday cards, thank-you gifts. We track the dates, source the gifts, and handle the sending — so the people in your life feel remembered.
Reservations & appointments
Restaurants, services, family appointments, recurring bookings. The calls and coordination you keep pushing to the back of your list.
Event & occasion logistics
From a child's birthday party to a holiday gathering — we handle the vendor coordination, timing, and follow-through so you can be present, not managing.
Errand coordination
We source, schedule, and coordinate — connecting you with the right people to handle physical errands rather than personally running them ourselves.
How we're different

Lifestyle Management pairs naturally with Estate Management for clients whose home and life both need active oversight. Or it stands alone as an entry into working with DS Home Collective — often a lower barrier and a faster “yes” for a busy household that doesn't yet need full property management.
Pricing
Lifestyle Management is priced as a monthly retainer. Scope and pricing are discussed during your initial consultation — engagements vary based on the breadth of coordination required. It can be combined with an Estate Management retainer at a bundled rate.
